Good for last minute reservation.

well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated properly. and it is really far from the downtown and other area! in the middle of nowhere.

Bellagio Hotel is a hidden gem in the country with the most beautiful scenery and landscape, there is a restaurant inside the premise without any elevator to catch or drive to similar to how Hawaii once was. A wonderful lady manager name Mira made our stay comfortable and welcome along with her staff. Mahalo & Aloha, Will Yun

Very satisfied from check-in to check-out, from the front desk personnel to the chef. It was only a one night stay so our dinner and breakfast was preordered upon check-in. My family enjoyed the food so thank you, Chef Daryl! I have to mention an employee by the name of Karen. Karen was not only courteous and helpful at the Front Desk but we watched her work in the heat to maintain a clean and presentable resort. We can't say enough on how good of a person Karen is. With an employee like Karen, staff in the kitchen and front desk, there is no question I will go back again because to me it's not just about the place and its location, it's about the people who work there. They made our stay a memorable one. Thank you, Karen! Thank you, Kasa Cailloux!
