It is also very convenient when you want to go into the city as train access is very close by. “The stairway to enter is dated but don’t let that fool you! This apartment is completely and beautifully updated! The beach is a 4 min walk (about 2 when go through the alley/pkg lot). The neighborhood is shady and comfortable to walk. Host is super responsive and helpful.”

“We stayed at the apartment for our son’s graduation. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was great. Communication with our host was excellent from check-in details to details about our stay and check-out. The apartment was clean bright and comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating and we did have an issue with the hot water (none). Our host worked diligently to contact maintenance and fix the hot water. Overall we were happy with our stay.”

The only note is that while the listing mentions sleeping accommodations for 10, that seems like a stretch.”

“3 hours before we were supposed to check-in they canceled. They had my cell phone and didn't contact me. I had messaged them to get check in information and was only told at that time the place was now unavailable. For something as important as cancelling last minute they should have called, messaged and emailed. They had no problem requiring me via my cell phone to give them not only give them the names and ages of every guest staying but a picture of my passport and CC. Was this just a scam to……
