"The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. The vanity area was big enough for 4 people to comfortably store and place toiletries. The staff was so friendly and kind. The hotel is very clean. There were plenty of outlets and the beds were very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown too!"

"The staff really make this hotel run! My holiday was enhanced by this experience with staying with Hyatt in Evanston with the polite customer service. The breakfast was good, just what you needed to start the day. Everyday there is something different and its all you can eat style! The gym is 24hrs so you can go in whenever you want to pump your heart and lift some iron. And this is a convenient hotel as your a 40-50 minute train journey away from Chicago! A 6 minute walking distance from Northwestern University (Highly recommend to check that out!), and the hotel is in town so you have many food options around for lunch and dinner. Big shout out to the cleaners they deserve their big props, one of them found my earphones and gave it to one of the concierges. The concierges are great, I have to give a BIG shoutout to Arthur, Justin and Khalil! They are a reflection of great customer service, gave me advice on where I should go and how I should go about it and helped when I needed it most! Shout out to you guys, BIG 3!!! If I was to come for a trip to Chicago, I would stay in Evanston again as all around from the Kitchen Staff, Cleaners and Concireges, The area and the convenience its worth it!"
