Very pleasant stay
Very well equipped place to stay. Lots of kitchen utensils and had a homely feel. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi. Very nice garden. Private parking behind secure gate. 1 or 2 cafes and food stores in local town, in walking distance. beautiful scenery. 30 ish minutes from airport. Cot was ready and waiting for us on arrival (and highchair). Would highly recommend.

Nice place with good facilities
Christian's place is well equipped with everything you will need. Cala PI has a nice beach in a cove. Voted beach #7 of Mallorca. Only negative aspect is the building noise which starts early and goes on all day. This is not the owner's fault but it does spoil the transquility

Everything thought of - and more besides!
This super cool and super stylish villa is a perfect place to stay with everything you could need and things you hadn't even realised you would need being there! It was an easy place to relax and felt like a real little bolt hole. Kids loved the pool though would have liked it a little larger, we all enjoyed the hot tub and the layout of the house worked really well for us as a family of 4 with a teen and a 'tween'. Cala Pi itself has two small supermarkets, the larger of the two seemingly less well stocked and more expensive. There are several restaurants in the 'village' we enjoyed two of them but to be honest, we made really good use of the BBQ at Casa Blanca. The beach at Cala Pi is small and feels overcrowded due to the high sides of the cove, it had a rather unpleasant smell to the water when we were there too, but if you walk around the headland on the opposite side from where you access the beach there is a fabulous cove - no beach as such but you can swim, snorkel, fish; we even saw an octopus! We loved the nearby beach at Es Trenc, finding parking easy at the huge car park at the end of the road past the salt marshes. All in all we would not hesitate to recommend Christian's house as both a comfortable, relaxing place to escape to and a good base to explore the South East corner especially of the Island.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für Paare und Familien
Wir haben sehr schöne 8 Tage in dieser Unterkunft gehabt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man hat einfach alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Ein sehr schöner Pool im Garten, toller Basketballplatz für Teenes ums Eck und insgesamt eine ruhige Umgebung in der man gut Energie Tanken kann. Wir haben auch die Fahrräder zum täglichen Frühstückeinkauf gut nutzen können. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, wenn man die Insel etwas erkunden möchte. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Gepflegtes Haus mit guter Ausstattung
Das Haus ist aufgeräumt, gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und hochwertig, bis hin zur Klimaanlage, TV- und Musikanlage. Wir hatten kein allzu warmes Wetter, weshalb der beheizte Pool und vor allem der Whirlpool eine große Freude war.

Super entspannter Urlaub im sehr sauberen und komfortablen Bungalow
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Bungalow absolut genossen. Kontakt im Vorwege inkl. Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert mit toller Erreichbarkeit. Unterlagen sehr umfassend, genau und hilfreich. Der Bungalow und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und toll gelegen. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gelungen und großzügig. Ausstattung tadellos, sauber, modern, hochwertig und Stauraum in allen Zimmern ohne Ende. In allen Zimmern schöne Doppelbetten mit gefühlt drei unterschiedlichen Härtegraden bei den Matratzen in einem tollen Zustand - wir legen viel Wert auf gute Betten und konnten daher den Urlaub auch über Nacht genießen....und das ist sehr selten der Fall. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön: Großer Autostellplatz und Tischtennisplatte, toller Kunstrasen, angenehm beheizter Pool, Außendusche (kalt&warm!) sowie der Jacuzzi ein Traum. Die Ausstattung hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen: - Zwei schöne Duschbäder - Große Kühl-Gefrierkombination - Induktionsherd - Nespresso-Maschine - Viel Geschirr/Gläser/Besteck und sehr funktionale Pfannen, Töpfe und scharfe Messer - Top Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner - Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern - USB Anschlüsse bei den Steckdosen für das Laden von mobilen Geräten - Fahrräder Einfach ankommen und wohlfühlen. CalaPi ist ruhig, gepflegt und wenig touristisch - das haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können den Bungalow uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Mallorca fahren wollen.

Lieu agréable mais…
Outre la malchance d’avoir vécu les violents orages au lendemain de notre arrivée (détritus dans le jardin et nous avons dû le nettoyer ainsi que la piscine nous mêmes pour en avoir peu profité au final car elle était devenue froide, tandis que l’annonce indiquait qu’elle était chauffée… 😒), le logement donne sur un terrain de sport qui est fréquenté tous les jours et nous avons subis des réveils bruyants à coup de balles de baskets ou de football tôt le matin jusqu’à tard le soir… Sinon la maison est bien équipée et confortable. Mais nous regrettons d’avoir été dans un lieu assez communautarisme et finalement nous n’avions plus l’impression d’être en Espagne mais plutôt dans un autre pays européen car tout y était inscrit dans la langue de Goethe (qu’on aime bien au demeurant, mais ce n’était pas notre destination de voyage). Les occupants du logement précédent sembleraient avoir été très sales car, malgré un bon accueil, à l’heure prévu contractuellement ( à a16h, le ménage n’avait pas été terminé. Des serviettes étaient encore dans les machines à laver, des plateaux non nettoyés, un barbecue non nettoyé non plus, etc). Dommages. Du coup, nous n’avons pas trouvé un bon rapport qualité prix. Sinon, de belles balades à faire dans le coin, resté agréablement sauvage.

Ein Ferienhaus der Sonderklasse. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben schon viele Fincas auf Mallorca gebucht. Diese war die absolut Beste. Ein sehr netter Besitzer, ein sehr netter Hausverwalter. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Sehr schöne Workation
Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen 11 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Allein der Hinweis, dass das Büro mittlerweile ein weiteres Schlafzimmer ist, wäre schön gewesen. Es hat aber aufgrund des super Wetters genug Arbeitsplätze gegeben. Ansonsten fehlt es dem Haus an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfekten 3 Wochen im October!
Alles war perfekt! Wir haben hier im Oktober 3 Wochen verbracht, 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder. Küchenausstattung wie zu Hause, es fehlt an nichts! Erstaunlicher beheizter Pool, morgens auf dem Fußball- und Basketballplatz beim Haus, nachmittags am Strand und abends im Whirlpool. Danke Christian!

Die anderen Bewertungen haben bereits alles gesagt: eine super Unterkunft mit Pool und Whirlpool. Das Haus ist relativ neu, modern eingerichtet, tolle Küchenausstattung, großer Aussengrill...keinerlei Beanstandungen, erstklassige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem lokalen Verwalter...ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. 5 Sterne!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Pool hatte stets eine angenehme Temperatur, Whirlpool war insbesondere am Abend ein Genuss. Haben uns auch über Tischtennis, Weber Grill etc. Sehr gefreut. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und es hat an rein gar nichts gefehlt. Ganz zu Beginn waren wir von dem Kunstrasen nicht so begeistert, haben dann aber dessen Vorzüge zu schätzen gelernt.
