Great holiday accommodation with stunning views of Malmedy. After a long journey ATB near Malmedy was only the last climb of Malmedy to the house against me. This was the only thing disappointing to me during our stay.

Er zijn echter echt wel wat verbeterpunten….. -Na een slechte nacht geslapen te hebben op een Spartaans bed waar een plank ligt onder het dunne matras, werden we gebroken wakker. Tevens is het dekbed veel te smal voor een 2 persoonsbed. -Nespresso apparaat lekt extreem(verholpen door eigenaar) -algehele smoezelige indruk -het appartement is niet schoon, vanmorgen hebben we gestofzuigd, dit zou je niet hoeven doen in je vakantie, toch? -deurklink los waardoor iemand opgesloten zat -vloerplint van keuken af -incompleet servies, 4 persoons huis, 3 wijnglazen, 3 joghurt schaaltjes(eigenaar heeft een extra wijnglas gebracht) -koelkast rubber los en vies

Het huis was niet verwarmd te krijgen dmv de elektrische verwarming maar door de openhaard te gebruiken ging het prima. Verder waren er wat mankementen zoals rolgordijn defect en wat kapot service aanwezig. De verhuurder had kennelijk geen tijd gehad om spinnenwebben weg te halen.

We zijn 5 dagen in dit heerlijke huis geweest met 2 kleine kinderen. Het weer was helaas minder, maar het huis was heel erg prettig. Prachtig uitzicht over Malmedy en een heerlijke grote tuin. De sauna is erg fijn en ook prettig dat er 2 badkamers zijn. Verder is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Een aanrader voor wie de omgeving van Malmedy wil verkennen.

Prima appartement met mooi uitzicht. Het word luxe genoemd vanwege de sauna en bubbelbad. Dit was ook heerlijk maar er zijn ook wat aandachtspuntjes in het huis. Wij hadden een fietsenrek achterop de auto. Vanwege de steile helling om te parkeren kan je daar niet de oprit mee op rijden. Eigenaren hebben een hondje wat regelmatig losloopt ook bij jouw op het terras.
