"Second time in staying here. Spent 3D/2N to be exact. My son and I were utterly disappointed to experience the lack of service in the restaurant during breakfast buffets. Once we got seated, nobody approached nor asked us if we’d like coffee or tea. Most of the servers were just chatting amongst themselves, and nobody scanned the room for anyone who could be needing their help.
