Charged Unexisting Cleaning fees. Place wrong ind.
First of all the location of the property was wrong on the booking page it took us somewhere else 3 minutes away. we had to call for the actual address. Once at the property the code we were given for the keys didn't work so we called again and they told us to keep trying and that if we knew hot to use the key lock after 20 minutes and calling a different number someone gave us the code to the room next door that was empty that night and the code worked on this other lock. After our stay we were charged 37 dollars in cleaning fees wich aren't stated anywhere on the fees page.

First trip to a Puerto Rico, didn’t come in with huge expectations for our first night stay knowing it was just a place for us to sleep, not looking for anything fancy. However this was just not great. We stood outside of the building for 45 minutes waiting to get ahold of the gal to get us checked in, in an area that already didn’t feel super safe. The pictures were VERY deceiving and the room was pretty run down… stains in sink, dirty rag hanging on faucet, water for soap, no bulbs in lamps, used sponges laying around, very very loud anytime someone walked through the halls, bed was very springy and uncomfortable. I hate to leave a poor review but just felt deceived by the images and couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning.

This place was horrible it doesn’t show the real pictures of the bedroom and the shower is dirty with hair and broken hand shower we can’t even take a shower not a hotel at all.

The neighbors had an argument from 11pm to 1 am one night right outside my window, which was inconveniencing. Other than the windows being transparent in regards to sound because they were shutters instead of glass, it was overall a good stay. There is no Uber in this city so you would HAVE to rent a car or have transportation. Uber will bring you from the airport but they do not operate outside of San Juan really. I liked the seclusion from the noise of the city and easy access to the highway and nearby beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Well calling this a hotel is a stretch, this property is a house in a residential neighboorhood that convert every room in the house into a studio apartment. It is hard to find at night since the house number is not easy to see. When we walked inside the room it was steaming hot since they leave rhe A/C off. I took a couple of hours for the A/C to cool the pleace down. The shower on their "best room" had a broken water valve and it was a mission to work it. The place is nothing more that a $30 to $40 dollar a night room.

Would Not Qualify as a Roach Motel
This place would not qualify for a Roach Motel. Do not be fooled by the photos as they did not reflect the room in any manner (see photos attached). Here were the issues: Multiple rat droppings, no knob on shower faucet, dirty bathroom & Kitchen sink, dirty shower floor, dirty stove top, greasy black splash, garbage not removed (milk cartons, egg cartoons, etc) No glass on window or screens for mosquitoes, mold on ceiling and bath window curtains, no toilet paper, no mirror over sink, dirty sheets, peeling paint, couch was dirty. Owner was contacted and reply was that next time I should stay at a Hyatt. Complaint file with Hotels.com and the following day I started getting harrassing texts from the owner. This looked more like a half-way house with some rooms for rent.

Worst Hotel Ever
HORRIBLE EXPERINCE. This is not a hotel and it should not be called that way, it is an ordinary house in a neighborhood. Fist of all, for the price (USD$150 +) you expect to have at least toilet paper and hand soap in the room but not even that was available. The bath room did not have a door and the air conditioning unit sounds like crazy. Lamps did hot have bulbs and the cable for TV was hanging from the ceiling around the room. What is even worst, place do not have daily room service to made your bed or clean the bath. Disgusting place. Puerto Rico should do a better job inspecting and approving this kind of business because by no means this meet the standards of any hotel. The pictures posted on Hotels.com for advertisement does not reflect the reality of the room. Please do not fall in to this trap.

great Ambience
Great feeling to the place. They have a bar in there courtyard, the guys there are very easy to talk to. They also make a home made pizza at the bar. Taste really awesome. Now I cannot speak for all the rooms, because I stayed in the cheap seats but I thought my room could have been better. I know im a little spoiled at times and my hotel is usually one of those times. But not this time I really cannot afford to spend the extra since I will be in town for months. So yes I would recommend this hotel. P.S parking is a problem ad well.

I feel I was on jail
Bed are uncomfortable dirty with some hairs No shampoo in the bathroom No internet access Contact number was wrong GPS inaccurate No signs outside to identify the property The janitor was a nice lady she left at 6 pm to go to her church Nobody at home if you need help I was told the property owner is in some mission in Guatemala so the phone didn't work and I was told that is weird I am the only one complaining then a couple came with the same problem. I called Expedia to complain I still waiting for Expedia call me back I told the customer service if I can book another place near by like There was a baby crying all the night I went to Econo Super market the fruits, nuts, and bread were past due. I feel like a jail with 4 different keys and lockers

We stayed one night since we were in manati for an activity and did not want to drive back to san juan so late. Place is very comfortable has 2 rooms a kitchen and a living room. Very cozy place. Host was ver accomidating and also very attentive. Thank you for great service.

The staff is friendly and nice, unfortunately the room was bad, we stayed at room for 3 days, second night was raining and we had water licking from the ceiling, 3 day was raining all day after came back to the room my bed was wet from another licking from the ceiling.we stayed 3 days and we got just one towel for the 3 days, no extra towel for the beach, one toilet paper roll for 3 days, the neighborhood was quite but last day was a loud party in the neighborhood.

The neighborhood was quiet. While it isn't a luxury apartment as ad states it does provide a comfortable nights sleep. Water heater works but you have to let it run for a while before it warms up. Washer/dryer is old and noisy but it works. Unfinished tile work in bathroom and kitchen. Small leak coming from ceiling in the kitchen. Apartment was clean and secure in a safe neighborhood close to major highways and shopping. Would stay again and overlook things mentioned.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the place had a kitchen, dinning table and laundry inside. Some items were deteriorated but functional. Unfortunately, there was just 1 towel and my bed did not have bed sheets, just a blanket.

Pretty set up but no hot water, no gas, no pool, no closet, no dresser, no cable, no phone, no radio, no light bulbs in lamps on nightstands. Bed looked pretty until we tried to sleep on it. Bed was lopsided so you rolled to the right side all night long. Air conditioner sounded like a generator, loud and crackling. Would never go there again.

The place was just what we needed it for, basically a place to sleep while visiting family. We did not use the kitchen but if we needed to everything was right there. The only downside was there was no sofa or much sitting room. They do provide a chair/ottoman type setup which sits in the kitchen area. We had two guests over and we had to sit in the bedroom area. But I would stay there again.

They had nice sized pool, laundry room, close to shopping, parking, kitchen with n the room, big soft comfortable beds, the bathroom was big too, the room was like an apartment. Wonderful Experience
I had a rough trip to San Juan due to a 12 hour delay in Philadelphia but the owner, Angel, and the property manager, Wally were more than understanding of my situation and accommodated me when I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable during the period of my stay. I went during the week of July 4th, and was happy that I was the only one staying there for most of my stay. The neighborhood is very quiet during the day and night, so I was happy about that since I enjoy a calm, peaceful area while I am resting and I felt safe. I spent most of my time in Ciales, which isn't too far away. This area is very close to the supermarket, some restaurants, food stands, and shopping areas. Not to mention, the casino, if you're interested. The room was very welcoming and clean. I felt comfortable and especially happy with the AC (because it was SO hot outside). They have a microwave, stove, and refrigerator, along with cooking pots, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, and eating utensils, which was great because I could cook small meals if I wanted to, and store my drinks/food in the fridge. They also had a wash/dryer in my room, so I was able to do my own laundry-- but you have to make sure to buy your own detergent/fabric softer. I'm a smart packer, so I actually bought just enough clothes for my stay, but it was nice to be able to wash most of my clothes by machine as opposed to by hand, before packing all of my things again. I definitely would stay here again.
