Huge resort with a lot of greenery. We got an upgraded room in a small building rather than a multi story one near the reception. The room was large, with a separate small coupe like room with 2 beds, i'd assume for kids, so they are semi separated from parents if needed. Big bathroom with strong shower. All the other necessities are in place. Huge pool with nice water temperature. Lots of bars, snack shacks, etc. They have a real turkish coffee made on the black sand, which is a nice addition to all other places. My only concern was food selections, i felt they could have been better, especially when comparing to other places. But still, a lot to chose from. I would recommend this place, though i think it's a bit too expensive for what it has to offer.

Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet aber viel zu dünne Wände man hört alles Eine Woche lang musste ich um 7 Uhr aufstehen weil es viel zu laut gewesen ist . Und ich finde es traurig das es in einem 5 Sterne Hotel keinen „Bitte nicht stören „ Schild gibt’s Wurde fast jeden Tag in der Früh von housekeeping aufgeweckt worden. Das Personal war echt sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit Einen sehr großes Lob an den Koch in der Snack Bar er hat die Speisen immer mit Leidenschaft vorbeireitet Danke viel Mals Preis Leistung top kann man sich garnicht Beschwerden. Und das was uns nicht gepasst hat war das der Fotograf uns fast die ganze Woche lang gezwungen hat Fotos zu machen Und der Herr was für die Massage bzw. spa Abteilung zu ständig war genau so nervig und hat uns genau so jeden Tag belästigt hat sowas finde ich garnicht in Ordnung Wen man etwas zum anbieten hat kann man es präsentieren und wen man Interesse hat kann man ja Dan dementsprechend hin gehen und die Dienstleistung in Anspruch nehmen. Und etwas muss ich noch dazu sagen der Besitzer von dem supermarket ändert die Preise jenachdem woher man her kommt Einmal hab ich für Zigaretten 80lira bezahlt weil ich türkisch geredet habe und nächste Tag hab ich Dan das vierfache bezahlen müssen weil meine Freundin dabei war und nicht türkisch war somit waren wir Touristen aus Europa und müssten schon europäische Zigaretten Preise bezahlen 😂😂 Und die Betten müssten umgehend gewechselt werden die Matratzen sind se

Man sieht und merkt, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal (vor allem der Gästebetreuungsmanager) war sehr nett. Wie viele in der Branche brauchen sie allerdings noch mehr fähiges Personal. Das Essen ist okay.

The staff do not speak English .The buffet selection is the same everyday and it includes grilled chicken , salades , pasta and fries. The Turkish night was the only good one during our stay . The drinks are horrible . I would rate it 3 stars max

Yemek Haricinde İyi Bir Otel

Çocuklu aileler için ideal. Çocuk havuzları, çocuk parkı, çocuk oyun alanları çok iyi. Odalar yeşillikler içinde. Deniz ve kumsalı çok temiz. Yemekler ise 5 yıldızlı diğer otellerle kıyaslandığında vasat. Herşey dahil olmasına rağmen snack barlardaki yemekler çok az ve lezzetsiz. Minibarda sadece su ve soda var. Ana yemek çeşidi çok az ve yetersiz. Kahvaltı, salata, ve meze barları fena sayılmaz. Sonuç olarak yemek haricinde iyi bir otel

bayramda bir gece önce tesadüfen bulduğumuz otelimizden çok memnun kaldık..otelin konumu, çalışanları (yabancı garsonlar hariç),yemekleri gayet güzeldi..hotels.com dan bulduğumuz ve ödemesini yaptığımız otelde son dakikada otel muhasebesince gereksiz yaşanan ödeme krizi bile fikrimizi değiştirmedi..

Хороший релакс

Хороший номер, отличная кухня, хорошее море и пляж. Все понравилось, разве что с 4-5 утра будили петухи, попросил "приглушить", сразу ответили, что убрали, но горластый вернулся через пару дней. Разочаровала только анимация, 5-й раз в Турции и эта самая слабая, хотя детская была на высоте. Попали на Курбан-Байрам, полный отель местных, не ожидал такой невоспитанной молодёжи, турки и такое неуважение к страшим - приезжим. Также не ожидал, что невозможно в ресторане дождаться обслуживания, официанты только к местным и немцам, которые "прикормили" мелочью. Спасибо огромное девочкам из Кыргызстана, выручали. И еще не очень понял, когда резко сменилась кухня и скорость обслуживания, особенно по завтракам и ужинам, не в лучшую сторону, конец сезона и расслабились... Никуда не ездили, цены большие, в тот же Сиде по моему 12 евро. Брал только дайвинг, два погружения, оформлял на пляже в "Water Sport", дороговато, 65 евро, когда бронировали параллельно другие отели, было по 35 евро. Дайвинг понравился, спасибо. А самим ездить, то такси тоже с ценами большими, кстати трансфер заказывали сами по инету, от аэропорта и обратно, VIP микроавтобус на 2 семьи, дешевле намного. В самом отеле не посещали массаж и хамам, зашел, посмотрел цены и вышел, запредельные. Что касаемо магазинов, то рядом большой маркет, но с ценами.... А так, отдохнули хорошо, спасибо отельерам, особенно девушкам с Кыргыстана в ресторане и на "Турецком чае"!

Otelin konumu iyi, denizi çakıllı ve derin, odalar yeni restore edilmiş güzel, ancak bungalov olduğu için çok fazla kertenkele vardı. yemeklerde çeşit çok ama hiç güzel değiller, tadı tuzu yok. animasyon yeterli değil. biz oradayken yağmur yağdı, bütün genel alanlarda tavan akıyordu. plaj havlusu veriyorlar ama belirli saatlerde değiştirebiliyorsunuz. restoranda garsonlar alakasız, sadece turistlerle ilgileniyorlar, çatal bıçak tabak gibi şeyler iyi yıkanmamıştı, içecekler felaketti, herşey dahil sisteminde olduğu için maliyeti düşürmek adına kalitesiz bir hizmet sunuluyor. bir saat dahi geç check out yapacak olursanız saat başına 10 euro talep ediyorlar. zaten otel Türkiye de değilmiş gibi herşeyi euro ile fiyatlandırmış, türk lirası kavramı yok. bir daha kesinlikle gitmeyi istemeyeceğim ve önermeyeceğim bir tesisti. fiyatı kalitesine göre çok yüksek.
