Well. Where to start. It was extremely hard to contact someone responsible for the property at the beginning. The confirmation email said that we would get information 48 hours before arrival and also that we were suppose to fill out some papers. But nothing came and no information to contact. No email and only voicemail by phone. After two hour in online contact the day before arrival I had a phonecall with hotels.com and I was told I would get info within one hour… but, nothing.
Well when we arrived and there was a concierge that would have been nice to know from the beginning. The staff was lovely at the building. The apartment was great, we really loved staying there.
Then the pool and sauna area, well the dirt and smell in the changing room was so bad. We had to take a shower agin when we we got into our apartment. There are a lot of great things to say about this property but also a lot og things that would be better with a little effort of having thins clean.
Location was great.
