Hi its sad to hear that your experience wasnt great. However, booking of a dorm room means that you are open to sharing with others. It is out of our control who this is. Can we remind if this is a problem that we hae private rooms available to book too! :)

Hi Aidan. Thanks for your great review. I cannot argue with any of your comments above. While we are in an unprecedented heatwave, we do need to do more to make the hostel is more comfortable for guests in the summer, and this is something we will look at in the near future. We hope you come and see us again when the weather is a little cooler.

Hi Sylvie. Sorry to hear the temperature was too cold in your room. Each room has an adjustable thermostat on the radiator to ensure there is a pleasant temperature in the room, so it's a shame that the receptionists didn't help you out with this. We hope this wouldn't put you off staying with us again in the future
