"Hello, many thanks that we could stay in your nice Villa. The support of Mrs. Novella was very very good. The garden is a dream and we enjoyed the vacation. Nevertheless some points we have to claim: The electric of the house should be checked because if you use the oven and the dishwasher or the water-coker, the fuse is going out. "We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children 14-17. The villa was perfect for us. It is huge and just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. The pool is lovely and we ate outside on the terrace every night. The kitchen is well equipped and the villa is only 10 minutes walk to some small shops, restaurants and the lake front beach area. We made day trips to Sirmione, Malcesine and Riva and walked up the Rocca di Manerba. Overall we had an amazing time. "

"The hotel was ok and the view from the balcony very good. The room was dated. The shower screen did not seal well. The wall paper was peeling. The grounds felt a bit unkept. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good, pool great. Air conditioning worked well. Would have liked daily housekeeping - at least beds made and towels changed but not sure whether that was something you had to request. Would enquire if staying longer."
