“Lovely location with seaside within 1 min and a stream just next to our apartment. Loved the birds and sunset viewing. Minimal road noise in unit 5. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Newly renovated bathroom and toilet. Full kitchen appliances and shared BBQ facilities. It just lacks some cooking utensils: baking dish to use in the oven, big salad bowl and a cover for the frying pan. “Great spot to unwind and switch off - perfect for feeling like you’re completely out of the city without having to drive for hours. Hosts were great and found perfect mix of friendly/accomodating while also giving privacy. Highly recommend taking the short trip over to Pokeno butcher and making the most of the coal barbecue provided.”

“This was such a lovely place to stay. I came here to get over my jetlag before my trip abd it was just perfect. Local dairy/shop, takeaway, lovely river walk straight out of the garden, easy to catch the bus into town.Slept well with a comfy bed, nice powerful shower and great kitchen with plenty of space.Lots of films and programmes on the amazon prime with the TV.The owner and his wife offered to pick me up anything from the supermarket if I needed it.
