The property itself is beautiful and in good condition. The staff are nice and well-mannered but are obviously not trained to a particular standard. This was evident in the way they interact with customers. For a 5 star hotel, one would expect more. The ban on outside food was communicated in every correspondence with the hotel to the point it got annoying.

Necy, the Front Desk Manager is an absolute delight. She is very nice, friendly yet very professional. She made our stay comfortables and relaxing. A perfect vacation all around because of her. All the Bellmen are super helpful, polite and respectful. We appreciate everyone at the Bell Desk. Mark, one of the managers at the Buffet restaurant is very attentive and went out of his way to make our dining experience more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure.

I like the cleanliness & very helpful staff. What i don't like is i'm not able to bring in food. You have to understand that as a tourist, we don't deprive ourselves specifically when it comes to food. Whether it may be pricey or not. We also support restaurants inside Hyatt. We miss simple joys so hopefully you'll get to consider this anyway we pay alot for our accommodation.
