The proprrty is not in the best part of Milate, but I experienced ZERO problems or issues. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and most eveyone else outside the hotel was helpful. "GRAB" is the equivalent of "Uber" or "Lyft" in the area and I'd definitely recommend downloading and setting up the app. (...they're reliable and their fares are much cheaper than taxis).

The room was excellent. Lot's of space and well equipped. The hot water was plentiful and the Internet was fast and reliable. The pool was very private and one of the best pools I have ever seen - it has tile along the bottom and sides. The location is good being a few minutes walk to the Robinson's mall. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending a few days or more in Manila.

Pretty good place for a few night's. Pretty clean and tidy just outdated and needs an upgrade put if you can see passed that, its all good, no dust or hair, everything was wiped down and clean. Pool is really good and clean, staff were exceptional. Only real con was the air conditioner and outside condenser were so noisy made it very hard to sleep we ended up turning it off and that fixed the problem.

This hotel is very convenient and safe as far as I'm concerned, whether I need to take LRT or need a cab. It is also close to the Robinson's mall, where I can shop and buy food during my stay. The area is well lighted that I wasn't worried when returning back to my room in the evening. The security guards did a good job of always watching the in and out of the hotel guests. That's why for the last 8 years, I've always made my reservations without any second thought.

We like the hospitality of the staff from the guard/bell sevice, reception, breakfast lounge and most especially the housekeeping service. We got a room upgrade, and we enjoyed very much the spacious unit. We iwll definitely return.

I booked a 7 night stay. I had to pay extra upon arrival for an early checkin. I was given a room directly beneath a room undergoing major renovations. The sounds of jack hammers were so loud that you could not hear the television. Was it because i was black? After the forth night i finally requested to be moved. Late that evening they called to say that they had a room for me. Other than that, the staff was polite and the room was well maintained.
