"Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper...

"Clean and beautiful house with a very nice pool and a wonderful view to the bay. Owner is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The only thing one should be aware of is that the main Montauk road runs right in front of the house, so you will hear noise from cars. However the landscaping blocks any view of the cars and this really wasnt an issue for us. Overall a really great stay, and I cant say enough good things about the owners bending over backwards for us...

"The owners are amazing people and I'd stay again in a heartbeat. They left provisions in the refrigerator, a lovely snack basket that came in handy as I was hungry at different times of the day and did not have transport readily available to go to the store. They even offered to purchase some items for the refrigerator before I arrived. The place is immaculate, so clean and I'm a public health nurse so for me, cleanliness and hygiene is paramount.
