Had to wait to check in was at 3:00 but no one was in the lobby and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. Website said continental breakfast but none was provided. Overall stay was okay and restaurant food was excellent but expensive. Clean the gutters on the property! Saw lots of rot damage due to structures not being maintained.

Loved the idea of staying in a castle, but the property could have been better maintained. Bathrooms weren’t practical, small shower, pedestal sink, no storage, only 1 mirror, very humid in the room
