We found our room very satisfactory except that the window curtain was hugely torn, hanging in tatters. They could just have taken the whole thing down and it would have looked 100% better. The rear entrance was heaped with piles of trash and was revolting. I would not have rented the room if I’d seen that first. I expected rats. The food next door was excellent and the staff was very cheerful and kind. This motel needs some cleaning and fixing up!

Beautiful building and great service

First time staying at this inn and had a great experience. I found this historical property to be a cool and unique inn located in an optimal location for walking around downtown. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. The evening wine and cheese and morning breakfast included with the stay made for an even more memorable experience. Looking forward to staying here again!

I loved the rooms, pool, breakfast and the rustic feel and look of the hotel.
