Living area: Smart TV, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge, Dishwasher
Bedroom area: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Z-Bed (Child Only)
Bathroom: Bath, Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating (£30 per week, 20th Oct-31st Mar), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with terrace, patio and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site).Private parking for 1 car, 100 metres. No smoking.. Polgew Studio provides an opportunity to stay in a spacious holiday property which looks directly towards St Michaels Mount and Mounts Bay and is just 3-4 minutes from the long sandy beach 200meters. This ground floor studio apartment, below the owner’s home and at the same location as Polgew Apartment (TO2), is well furnished and offers 432sq.ft. of accommodation. Amazing sea views across to Mousehole, Newlyn and Penzance. Views from the webcam at the apartment can be seen here https://cam-secure.co.uk/marazion.html.
Watch the world go by from the patio in the award-winning garden. The town of Marazion has restaurants, art galleries and shops, or enjoy a drink or meal at the hotel overlooking the magnificent castle on the Mount. Further afield is the maritime town of Penzance, fishing village of Newlyn and famous harbour at Mousehole are a short distance away. All major supermarkets are to be found within 2 miles of Penzance. The main line Rail Station in Penzance is some 3 miles away and the hosts can provide transport to and from Station if required. The bus stop for services to Helston in the southeast and westerly to Penzance, including the popular open top bus around the Peninsula are within 150 meters of Polgew. Shop and pub 1/2 mile distant.
