Our House Rules are as follow

we will take a security deposit as a hold from you as you check in of 2000€ (No Amex)

• No pets, ( we will charge 500 € from the deposit if not respected )
• No smoking, ( we will charge 500 € from the deposit if not respected )
• NOOO parties ( we will charge the full deposit if not respected )
• It’s a residential building we rent out entirely so please respect the other hosts and please no music or load noise from 11 pm to 11 am, ( we will charge 500 € from the deposit if not respected )
• You don’t have to clean the apartment but you need to leave it in a good state:
• Please put all your trash in plastic bags and take it out to the trash bins on the Cinema or Mc Donald’s street ( we will charge 50 € to 150 € from the deposit if not respected )
• Please Girls DO NOT wipe your make up on the towels and sheets as we would not be able to clean them and thus buy new ones ( we will charge 200 € to 500 € from the deposit if not respected )
• The apartment walls are white so please be careful with your bags not to stain the walls
• Please keep the common areas clean and do not leave anything in the building like trash or bags ect….
• Please do not stain the Sofas or any of the sheets, towels as we would have to change you depending if the stain is removable or not between 500€ and 2000€.

• Book for the right number of people and if you don’t then there will be an extra charge of 120 per night per person

We know it’s a lot of guidance but they are mostly common sense and please consider it just a reminder

Apart from that please enjoy your time and have the most of fun possible in our apartment
