The Playa Rocio urbanization also features direct access to the beach and is just a few meters away from the luxurious marina, which offers everything you can imagine to make your vacation unforgettable: Numerous exclusive designer stores, the most excellent restaurants, beach parties, nightclubs, and boat trips. Playa Rocio is in the best location for both adults and children; It is the heart of Puerto Banús!   
  
This second-floor apartment offers a cozy dining and living area with a kitchen fully equipped. The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, has built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom. Moreover, The second bedroom has two single beds and built-in closets.
