"My reservation was for a “Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, Lake View. ” We arrived late, and we were very surprised to wake up without a lake view. Why did we receive a different room? no one answered. I do not recommend it. "

"Severe parking problems. Room with low ceiling in places. Bumped my head several times. Inaccessible and small window. When I asked for an extra towel, the reaction of the lady at the reception was: “why?” And she drilled with questions … The walls are thin.
The food and the gym are very good "

"We had a great two night stay at Hotel St. Bruno. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities were good and the staff friendly - particularly the younger guy who I think was the manager."
