Really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff was really friendly. Each single of them had a smile and was happy to help. I find very unfair people who complain about the staff not speaking english (they speak french as most of the tourists are french). Food was good, nothing out of the ordinary but we were looking forward to lunch and dinner time every day. Fully recommend having a massage! Fair prices and very relaxing. A few bits that can be improved: internet (good for scrolling but not reliable if you need to have a videocall), few areas are showing its age (some window frames, carpets...). Be aware! There is not english breakfast so if you want to feel like "home" probably just stay there.

Food was excellent for an all-inclusive with plenty of varied choice and good quality. The hotel is a bit tired and probably needs a bit of a facelift but overall the stay was great, beach is good, we didn’t use the pools but they looked nice.
