"Nice place to stop if you need a nights stay. Right beside Kroger so perfect to walk over and get snacks for the room. Heater was broken for the pool, which we were told of at check in. Still stinks because we were looking forward to that. Room didn’t have a remote for the tv but the front desk was happy to get me a new one"
"We just did a 1 night stay celebrating our anniversary. Hotel staff went beyond routine. They helped me with flower delivey to our room before we arrived! Room was clean and comfortable. "
"The system to check you in and card readers were down. Unable to get the room we prepaid for and had to stay elsewhere but things happen and the young lady behind the desk was friendly and professional while taking a beating for something beyond her control. She was handling it well as we left and a line was forming. I called back a little later and she indicated the outage was nationwide. Hampton is still top notch. Now getting Hotels.com to step up with a refund."
