The room was clean and comfortable, but could have been laid out better. King room. The decor is starting to look a little dated. But over all if was fine.

This was our 3rd stay at this property and we are always happy with our time on site. Staff is friendly and rooms and facilities and location are good.

Worst Customer Service, Ruined my New Years Eve!

Cons: Front desk need to better trained on accommodating customer who book through Expedia

Received the worst service from the front desk personnel who refused to allow me in the room I prepaid for through Expedia due to a "new" rule that only 4 people can stay in a room. When I booked through Expedia 3 weeks prior, I specified 6 people would be staying, 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 18. However, the front desk refused to allow me and my family to check in to the room I purchased and insisted I purchase another room. The front desk staff was rude, disrespectful, condescending and unaccommodating! I traveled 6 days through Canada with my family and stayed in 3 different hotels, all of which were great, then I came here for New Year's Eve and I wish I would have booked somewhere else! After 2 hours of going back and forth with the front desk staff, we called Expedia to help. After another hour on the phone with Expedia, the front desk finally issued me another room, on a completely different floor. I had to sleep separate from the rest of my family! Save yourselves the terrible experience, spend a few more dollars and book a better hotel!

Comfortable bed and sheet

Pros: Clean room and confortable bedding
Location: Everything you need is around walking distance
Clean room and confortable bedding, nice hotel with friendly staff. Fancy lobby. Nice choice.

I enjoyed my stay

Pros: Definitely the hot tub. It close at 11 pm so you have plenty of time to enjoy before go to bed.
Cons: The water bottle in the hotel room could be free.
Location: Convenient location half hour drive distance to downtown Toronto (CN tower, Royal Ontario Museum, Art Gallery). Very good restaurants nearby.
Very nice hotel small but clean. The facilities are new and the staffs are hospitable. The bed and blanket are very comfortable. The air conditioner/heater functioned very well. The fitness room is small but OK. The pool and hot tub are very cool. There's free Wifi and parking. Everything makes your stay comfortable. The only thing is the breakfast is not included, but with reasonable charging. Be careful the water bottle is not free in the hotel room.
