“The room was fine but the rest of the experience was problematic. I spent over 40 minutes driving around in a one way circle trying to figure out how to access the hotel. It was on a pedestrian lane - but there is no access without first finding parking. Which does not exist on the street. Finally I found a parking garage there. Thinking it was a temporary location until I could find where "parking included" was located. Apparently it is NOT included and I had to pay for overnight parking. Not a……

“It is located in city center, next to the river, very close and walking distance to many restaurants, fast foods, mall, market, Opera house and museum. Staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel has exchange money with relatively good rate, but you can get better rate in the mall. Hotel and Rooms are clean, relatively small for a room with king bed. ”

“Great amenities with kind staff that were generous enough to provide us an upgrade with city views. The only downside was the distance to downtown, but the views make it more than manageable.”

“The hotel was absolutely perfect — we truly didn’t want to leave. Although we couldn’t do the wine tasting due to a wedding event, we didn’t feel like we missed a thing thanks to the warm and thoughtful hospitality we received. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast time to catch our flight, but the staff made sure we didn’t leave hungry and kindly let us enjoy a lovely breakfast with everything that was already prepared.
