Well, the agent at the front desk was wonderful. I didn't have any soap in my bathroom. I got in the shower and had to get out, get dressed and go ask for some. He brought it right away. Then, I didn't have a hair dryer, so I went back to the office and he brought one to me! It wasn't anything catastrophic, but kind of a pain....Otherwise, the rooms were clean and everything was fine.

Pool was closed due to “bad weather” - 28C and three drops of rain in the morning. I was told that the rain would ruin the chlorine in the water. Otherwise clean and as described. Know that the room is really a little loft. You have a fold out couch on the main floor and the rest of the beds up some very creaky stairs.

Location is exceptional. Front desk relly helpful. Breakfast great. Eoom has good air conditioning !

We had a one night stay on a Saturday, expecting it to be an easy overnight stay. But on arrival we were advised the restaurant is closed on the weekends, so given it’s location in an industrial area finding dinner options close by was a problem. Also no fridge in the room, and their ice machine was broken although they did have cold water in the bar. Pool was nice, and the room good. Thankfully the air conditioning was working as it was 35deg. The property is rated 4 stars but it didn’t feel like it.
