The place was easy to find the host was very helpful and accommodating, The place was beautiful and spotless clean and organized that we really enjoyed. We wil definitely stay here again on our next trip if available

Gated security, door keeper lives in property available immediately if you need anything. House keeping comes in daily to make your bed & clean room. Very friendly and beautiful property/private vineyard & pool. I traveled with my 2 kids for a destination wedding and had not been past the border in 20 years. I was a little afraid of the drive in my sons new Raptor & was pleasantly surprised at the extremely easy, safe drive on the toll roads & beach views thru out the drive on the Pacific Coast Highway. Also had global entry and on our way back to US a 15 minute wait to cross the border! Wow! For sure coming back! Ps: I forgot hair tools and drove back within days and host was very helpful in returning my items.

This is a lovely property. We’ve stayed here four times over the years and would gladly return. The basic amenities are there, and the staff has always been very kind. Two things are worth mentioning. First, there is currently construction taking place, and unfortunately it isn’t quiet. Perhaps this should be reflected in the room rates while the work continues. If this was disclosed somewhere and I missed it, I apologize. My bigger disappointment, especially as a returning guest, is the restaurant. We used to love eating here because it was convenient, affordable, and the food was excellent. Breakfast is still great and reasonably priced, but dinner has changed significantly. We had dinner twice. The first night was okay, even though we didn’t love the food. The second night was very disappointing. The tlacoyos were hard, seemed old, and were extremely simple for the $15+ price. The carnitas were also tasteless. Our other dish included steak and two enchiladas. The beans tasted as though they were close to spoiled, the enchiladas seemed like rolled tacos that had been sitting for some time, and the steak did not seem freshly prepared. It was overly seasoned and very tough. With a bottle of wine, dinner came to about $96 before tip. I understand this is a hotel restaurant in an expensive area, but at that price, the quality should be considerably better. We still really enjoy the property and would return, but next time we’ll have dinner elsewhere.
