With 2 elevators, a private clean bathroom (toilet and shower with warm water, and a hairdryer), suitable Wi-Fi for home office, parking, and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, and all kitchen utensils including a Tajine and Moroccan teapot, we offer comfort and functionality for couples, small families, friends, and business travelers who appreciate privacy, security, and tranquility.

The Moroccan-themed terrace is perfect for tea times and relaxed conversations. Soothing plants create a relaxed atmosphere. The living room with multifunctional furniture, Smart TV, and a Moroccan poster invites reading, listening to music, watching TV, and unwinding.
