(2,048 reviews) Room was decent. Staff was friendly. Right next to the Reading Market Terminal. Close to downtown and historic sites. Shampoo and body wash were exceptional, smelled amazing. Cons: no parking, had to use a 3rd party vendor and it was very expensive. Very noisy, inside and outside the hotel, barely slept the 3 nights we stayed. No room phone to call for room service or the front desk, you had to use your personal phone and a qr code. We stayed 3 days and the room was never serviced, even after asking. Overall, an ok stay. Wouldnt recommend or say stay away, but would caution before booking to be informed.
