“This lovely villa is the ideal venue for family gatherings. It is a wonderful location, in rural Tuscany close to Lucca with fantastic views. The host Franco was very helpful and responsive to any concerns .The infinity pool is a perfect size and much enjoyed by all. The villa and annexe were both spotless. ”

The outdoor dining table and lounging areas provide great views of the countryside, and the pool is stunning. The location is definitely rural (which we wanted), but was a great base for day trips to Siena, Volterra, Pisa, and even Cinque Terre. Would highly recommend!!!!”

“This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. ”

“The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back.”

“We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our time at the villa. There were 19 of us who stayed at the villa for a family vacation, and we never felt crowded thanks to the way the villa was divided into different bedroom zones, several with a kitchenette (in addition to the main kitchen). The pool was set within a ring of beautiful olive trees, and was in almost constant use - welcome with temperatures in the mid-90s Fahrenheit. The Mountain Views, the surrounding olive groves, the goats we could hear in the distance, the crow of the rooster; the flowers, lemon trees, and the rosemary that seemed to grow everywhere! There are truly no words to describe how beautiful this place is. The village of Buti is charming and totally off the beaten path. I am so glad we picked Marco’s place to stay at. “Wir waren zum ersten Mal in einem Ferienhaus und es war traumhaft. Casa Elena ist genau wie beschrieben, eigentlich noch schöner. Alles da was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett. Wir hatten einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub, der leider nach einer Woche schon vorbei war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ”
