Basic accommodation, did the job. Was very reasonable price. Free parking. No breakfast so can't comment. Staff were friendly. Bath was a bit grubby, not cleaned properly, orherwose

We had a fabulous stay at Treehouse Hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the decor was unique and our room was amazing. We stayed in a family room (a suite) with the sofa turned into a bed for our daughter, don't think of this as an old style sofa bed, this was as comfy as our bed, which was very comfy. The room was very spacious, with a full window wall looking out over Manchester. We arrived 3 hours early, so we knew our room wouldn't be available, but the staff check us in, and stored our bags for us in a large area behind reception. The location was great with all the shops and restaurants in the doorstep. The only downside was we were only there for 1 night, we'll definitely stay here again. I can't fault anything with this stay. One tip, if you're using the carpark next to the hotel, (nothing to do with the hotel) use the address 1 Deansgate, otherwise you'll spend ages fighting with Google maps trying to find it (45 minutes for us!)

Charles Hope was such a great stay! If any problem did arise they sorted it with in seconds. I highly recommend!
