Didnt like when upon arrival i was given a 50% discount on first night because i travelled by the ferry only to have it withdrawn as booking through expedia nullifies the discount and the excuse why it was given was the staff in attendance was new and inexperienced. Also in the Aero Cafe...clearly ...

This hotel is not as new as the pictures portray, it is old and not maintained thoroughly. The staff service is not efficient and very slow service for regular services like check-in. They better say that there is no breakfast offered here.
