A peaceful haven
Everything about this property deserve maximum score. It is really a very cosy peaceful and beautiful place on earth! The pool was great, the house was great, the surroundings with is beautiful plants, flowers and trees was wonderful. The beds where nice to sleep in, the kitchen had everything you could demand and more to it! The towels where top. The hostess Karina could not be better! We would very much like to rent this property once more 😊😊😊

Toskana wie im Bilderbuch
Wunderschönes altes Bauernhaus aus dem 17 Jahrhundert. Ideal zum abschalten oder für Aktivitäten. Im Haus ist alles enthalten, man kann selber kochen oder ins Dorf zur leckeren Osteria wandern ( die Pizzeria war unfreundlich ). Pool ist perfekt, also auch den ganzen Tag faulenzen. Ideal für Ausfüge-->>> Pisa und Lucca gleich nebenan. Fahrzeit nach Viareccio zum Strand ca. 20 min. Dieser ist top für kleine Kinder-->> ganz flacher Sandstrand. Preis für 4 Liegen mit Sonnenschirm 20€. Wir haben 2 Tage am Pool gefaulenzt, waren zwei Tage am Meer und haben 2 Tage die Gegend erkundet. Das Haus liegt in einem Naturschutzgebiet ). Jedenfalls sind wir sehr ungern wieder abgereist und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Die Hausbesitzer sind "unsichtbar" und bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Perfektes deutsch sprechend!

Il Rosmarino kann man einfach nur empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Karina und Massimo. Das Ferienhaus und der Pool sind Spitze. Man kann wahrlich einen ruhigen und entspannten Toskana Urlaub genießen. Vielen Dank

Ein Träumchen am Rande der Toskana
Wir durften mit 4 Personen des idyllische Anwesen in den Hügeln von Massaciuccoli genießen. Karina und Massimo sind tolle Gastgeber die einem immer mit Rat & Tat zur Seite stehen. Ein wunderbares, ruhiges Anwesen mit kurzen Entfernungen nach Lucca, Pisa oder auch zum Strand. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können I’ll Rosmarino nur empfehlen.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in einem wunderschönen, mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltetem und stets gepflegten Anwesen. Karina und Massimo sind sehr sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeber.
