Idéal pour une nuit de transit. Pdj correcte sans plus mais attention facturé 13€ et non 9,59€ comme indiqué sur Hôtels.com”

“The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. There was no staff at the Hotel that I could call and I was too worried about leaving my room. So no help during the……

“Lo encontramos muy limpio. Ubicación excepcional, en pleno centro, junto a la Plaza Mayor. Lugar tranquilo y buen descanso. Muy bien el baño con muy buena presión de agua en la ducha. Simplemente mencionar que está un poco escaso el menaje de la cocina, depende de lo larga que sea tu estancia y el uso de la cocina que se vaya a ahacer. Acceso muy fácil y cómodo con las llaves electrónicas en el móvil.”

“No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage.”
