The location was great. I had a room facing the Northern Lights Cathedral which got nice views with the northern lights one night. The room was comfortable and a good size for one. Staff were very helpful, however sometimes during busy periods it took a long time to just purchase a bottle of water. ...

A nice hotel centrally located so everything nearby. Breakfast was very good. Room good though upgraded to a deluxe room which was comfortable but not deluxe. Small things like a fridge missing. But id choose this hotel again, certainly iver the Scandic where ive stayed begore
