We had a fantastic stay at Flatmoen Natur Lodge in Alta. The cabins are modern, very clean, and well designed, with private jacuzzis that made it easy to relax after a long day outside.
A highlight of the trip was the horse-drawn sleigh ride with Johnny. It included a campfire dinner and was a really memorable experience. Johnny is the real deal, a genuinely kind and authentic person who clearly cares about what he does and about his guests.
Overall, a unique and comfortable place to stay, with experiences that feel personal rather than touristy. We would absolutely come back.

Great stay. Very helpful staff. Breakfasts are very good. Also has access to the municipal 25m swimming pool. Would strongly recommend. The view from our bedroom of the Northern Lights over the Cathedral was a real bonus!
