Good layout for a smaller 2 bedroom unit. Very nice shower in the master. Central air would have been better than the hotel like set-up in each bedroom . Overall pleased.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and one (a hotel valet) even rescued us when he noticed that our car got locked for the night in the public parking garage nearby. The hotel seems a little worn around the edges in general, not surprising considering maintenance challenges of an older property. Cleanliness was good, but not top notch. (The tops of baseboards in our room appeared to not have been vacuumed or wiped down in a long time.) All things considered, we would stay here again, especially if we decide to re-visit Richmond's downtown. P.S. The state capitol next door to the hotel is a must-see, and we were lucky enough to catch an outstanding tour given there by Martha.

What a vacation!! Fun was had by all!! Ages ranging from 10 - 63 yrs. Late check in, no problem. Location, location, location!! So many things to do or just hang out by the pool. Love that the pool was open until 10 pm, loved the private balcony; hanging out with the frogs, deer and lightning bugs (fireflys) The property was clean the condo was clean. We hope to come back!!! Soo many things left undone
