The property was clean, safe, the staff was friendly and gave great recommendations that made our visit nice. There is a 24 hour supermarket right across the street. I was in a room on the 4th floor, and for some reason whenever my neighbors opened their doors, it made my door shake VIOLENTLY like someone was trying to break in. so it was hard to get back to sleep afterwards

The hotel was in a run down area nd the fire alarm went off all morning the day we checked out. Light is kitchen was strobing.

My husband and I did a quick weekend trip and it was the perfect hotel. All employees were very attentive and friendly. Hotel is beautiful all around. Rooms are gorgeous and luxurious just need a little deep cleaning or minor up grading to make accents a little more polish. Love the wrap around balcony view in our room it was the best Wish they told us we need to book for the dinner restaurant downstairs as soon as we got here, we would have did so; we was looking forward to dining but it was completely booked

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en Hotel Serena en Aguas Buenas. Pasamos un tiempo maravilloso en familia; el lugar es hermoso, tranquilo y perfecto para relajarse. Los dueños fueron muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. ¡Sin duda regresaremos!
