"The Gillen House is a perfect destination if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway that is close to Athens and not too far away from Atlanta. The hosts, Edward and Cynzia, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The food at breakfast was excellent. Especially the steaks and sides that we had for dinner on our arrival evening. The room was spotless and perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay!"

"This is a beautiful property inside and outside. We loved the decor and relaxed feeling. The owners thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Dan was great to communicate went and quickly addressed any issues we had. We would definitely consider staying here again."

"We got exactly what was described. Nice quiet little cabin and it was great for our weekend getaway! We did arrive late and were unable to find the bath house without the map. My only critique would be to include the map with arrival instructions. Other than that, it was perfect!! Thank you so much, we'll be back for sure!"
