Relaxing & Comfortable

The property was well-maintained and comfortable. We easily split our group of 24 between the houses in a way that worked for everyone. Check-in and checkout were simple and convenient.

The best stay for group gatherings!

We had a corporate retreat while here and let me tell you it's the best place around. There so many places to sleep and accommodate groups 20-30. Each home allows privacy for individuals but the common areas between the house allow for gatherings. I can't wait to stay here every year.

Wedding stay

The Nut Farm was so cozy! It was the perfect place for our wedding party, friends and family to stay because our venue was 15 minutes away. We loved the basketball hoop and the amount of space we had. Would definitely book again!

Very nice property! Everything worked as advertised! The location couldn’t have any better for a weekend of floating the river. Nice quite home tucked away. Very satisfied with everything about this place

Quiet, clean, and comfy

We were in town for our son's college graduation in San Marcos. This location is just five miles from the college without any traffic or city noises. Gorgeous pecan farm setting with a clean rental house. Enough beds for my group of 7. Bed were comfortable, house was clean, and to have a washer and dryer was a huge perk! The owners were quick to respond and very nice when we met them. I highly recommend this rental.

Family Christmas Reunion

A wonderful place for all in the family to enjoy - from 6 weeks old to 74 - 3 brothers and their families. We had space to all get together, gathering on the Nut House porch for our outdoor style dining and in the big room for Christmas morning.The pecan orchard gave us running/walking/and exploring space and the youngest loved visiting the chickens and horses in the adjacent property. Basketball and slack line provided challenges for the teens and those of us who were young in spirit.A Christmas to remember with all the wonder and warmth of family gathered together.
