“Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. “The property was clean and had everything we needed for my family of four. We really loved the location. It was over a great bakery/ breakfast place and a restaurant. There are also quaint and delicious restaurants within walking distance from the condo. “The accomodations were exactly as described and super clean. We walked a mile to the South Slope and back and had a great time. Parking instructions were slightly unclear but we ultimately had no issues and the host got back to us in no time. Would stay again.”
