London City Centre6 nights5.0 star property9.6/10 - Exceptional (50 reviews)"Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room"Reviewed October 17, 2026Roundtrip • New York (NYC) - London (LHR)EWR - LHR • Nonstop LGW - JFK • 1 stopUS$ 4,354US$ 2,821found 1 day agoper traveler - Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

"Everything was excellent with high standards, as usual - we have stayed many times before. Only small problem was the old fashioned cistern on the toilet - my wife couldn't reach the high, short chain to pull! Room 218."

"Shower had a draining issue and in room fan was pretty noisy (hence we couldn't use it). Nonetheless, overall it was a decent stay."

"Spa facilities poorly maintained wood splitting in sauna, no steam room very small pool and small dirty changing facilities. Inadequate gym facilities literally 1 treadmill Old dirty carpet and room smelled old. Tv was inadequate old 1st generation TV. Terrible WiFi signal Reception staff friendly but catering staff not. No food available after 9.30pm no amenities or facilities around to overcome this. Would not recommend staying unless just going to specifically play golf"
