Tonbridge Castle Tours

We arrived early and the staff were very accommodating in leaving our luggage as we went out to check in later. The front entrance steps had sections thst were tapped up but the entrance was nice. Once we arrived to check in the service was great as thry put our luggage in the room, it was a large that you can used to be a office or dining room at one point but the hotel looked unfinished with works going on. The bathroom was nice but small and the fan did not work so the room was eet after a shower and there was gaps underneath the shower but it was all manageable. Our room aas a family roon which was nice and large which we liked but the room could benefits with black out curtains as it is on the ground floor so the street lights glared in and having to listen buses going regularly through out the night was a struggle with three childern but we managed. The staff and service though were excellent and would go again but not with my family.

Great location. Had a discounted room in the basement. Was a nice room. Clean and no issues

Absolutely flawless stay, a simple process to check in and the room was exactly as described, small but perfectly functional. Would deffo stay again.
