I was robbed. I purchased a stay with split rock and when I arrived, the hotel and the park were closed for renovation. $303.00 for one night without amenities.

This stay was a nightmare… the ac vent I cleaned it myself , no soap to wash hands …not only did housekeeping walk in to my room after over an hour of me checking in as I was naked in the hot tub … I had the front desk send a bottle of wine for the inconvenience and I refused and had the do not disturb sign on my door yet they still knocked repeatedly…not only did the front desk give my phone number to housekeeping but also to the housekeeper which left a voicemail leaving a very unprofessional message with profanity … this place needs updating for the price it’s definitely not worth it … not only was I threatened by the head of housekeeping but also an employee… I left a message to speak to the supervisor and they told me she was helping in the kitchen 24 hours later I have yet to hear from anyone over this matter … save your money don’t bother coming here
