I booked this hotel for the second time using the same booking for my husband to go to a cancer appointment. He drove 4 hours one way to go to this appointment and needed to stay the night. Upon arrival the staff told my husband and son they couldn't stay because the booking was in my name. So my husband explained that I had booked it had all the information the confirmation code and me on the phone still couldn't stay and had to drive 4 hours home and miss the appointment for the next morning.
