Overall, my stay at WAM by Karma was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous, and the property is well maintained. The staff were one of the highlights of the experience—always attentive, responsive, and eager to assist with anything we needed.
The main reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to an issue on the first day. I arrived before the official check-in time and had breakfast with my girlfriend. After we had already finished eating,……

“I went as part as my honey moon and it was a disaster. The receptionists barely spoke English. The bathrooms were messy and there were cigarettes butts on the floor in the backyard. The kitchen wasn’t properly cleaned either as I saw bugs in the coffee machines. I think the villa wasn’t rented for a while because when I turned on the water, it was brown for a few minutes, and the hot water only lasted 5 minutes. I had to shower cold. The pool was the worst part. It was nice weather outside but……

“Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and well maintained, with a great location close to everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi, and gym were all excellent and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.”
