This home has it all with a charming A frame to celebrate a traditional mountain lifestyle with modern accents throughout. Upon entering the mainfloor, experience an open living floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, lots of seating at the island and the oversized dining table. The wood burning fireplace brings the ambience coupled with a large deck to enjoy the day/nighttime sky. The bbq grill is conveniently located just off the kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms; one queen primary on the mainlevel, 2 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor and another queen room in the basement living area. There is a loft loaded with childrens books, games, puzzles and a pull out single sleeper best suited for a child. There are three full bathrooms, one on each level and an additional 1/2 bath adjacent to the fullsize laundry/mudroom. The 2nd floor has a full shower/tub combo while the other two bathrooms host two stand up showers. The basement offers an extended area with a full size pool table, lots of comfy sofas, a 65" LG flatscreen with wifi, apple tv and a wii. Feel free to enjoy the spring running year round to the east of the property and explore picking the abundance of huckleberry's doting the vicinity. End your day with a soak in the jetted hot tub. There is a one car garage that is not available to park any vehicles. The driveway and pullouts can accommodate 3-4 cars. This property does not allow for any pets.
Private Beach Access:
There is a private beach that you can enjoy just a short stroll from the cabin with a quaint beach to relax and/or launch your SUPs/Kayaks (Be sure to carry and life jacket and a whislte with you while on the lake floating as its required). Do not store or leave any personal items behind (Pack it in/Pack it out) There is no dock or slip access as they are all privately owned and are 100% off limits to guests. This is a privilege the owners are sharing with you so please be respectful.
Fishing:
If you desire to cast a pole, you can purchase worms at Albertsons or Ridley's in town. Anyone over 14 requires a fishing license which you can purchase at the above mentioned stores.
Brundage Mountain is just a short 10 min drive from the cabin

(During busy seasons we highly recommend making any lunch/dinner reservations well in advance).
This property is subject to all Valley County ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM and are strictly enforced.
Each rental property includes a guest book with information and recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us directly.
Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Pets: Undeclared pets are subject to possible eviction from the rental without a refund.
Air Conditioning: Most vacation rentals in the McCall area Do Not Have Air Conditioning. When we have the warmest days in McCall, nights typically cool down enough to not need air conditioning. If air conditioning is not listed on the amenities, the unit does not have air conditioning. Most units will have fans in them. Generally the best way to deal with the warm temps is to close all windows and shades in the day time, and then open the windows in the evening when it cools off.
Please do not leave the fireplace burning overnight and when unattended
4 wheel drive highly recommended in the Winter. We are not responsible for any winter storm situations such as power outages, road closures etc.
