Door locks are goofy

Everything was Great. Will stay Again.

Had a small misunderstanding at the beginning and they bent over backwards to make it right immediately, which I find admirable. It was great in all other ways - it’s an older hotel, but the room was spotless, bed comfortable, and even had a hot breakfast (basic eggs/sausage/waffle fare). Super friendly staff. We will stay again next time.

It was the most horrific experience I've ever had at a hotel & I've traveled from the Bahamas to L.A. I normally don't bother with writing reviews unless they are good, but this takes the cake. Booked a room for sunday but I wouldn't be there until we'll after 1:00 a.m. I tried to call them to let them know as to not give my room away. I called them from about 1 or 2 p.m. until about 9 p.m. over and over again, no answer. So I called another country inn and suites by Radisson in the area. She apologized for them and then gave me a number to a company or some entity that overseas both locations called choices. I called & explained to the agent over the phone the situation and he assured me my reservation was fine. OK I get to the hotel give my name and she says she was just looking at my stuff whatever that means. Then I asked for a bathroom. When I came back she was gone. I waited about 10 min. So I start ringing the bell saying hello etc.etc.! She comes out says im sorry & then start typing, and typing, not saying a word. So I say I'm really tired and she says im just trying to give you your refund LIKE WHAT? Where did that come from? This is how you tell me my room had been canceled She was actually putting the cancelation in while I was standing there. The emails were coming through in real time. She called the police lied about my frustrations to get them there and they did nothing. I have her & the manager on video lieing. Sending all info to Radisson.
