“The blonde headed lady at the front desk was very nice. We had an issue with hot water not being hot at all. Within 5 minutes there was somebody there and fix the problem immediately. Great gymnasium and pool and hot tub area. Everything was centrally located it's our second time there we thoroughly enjoyed it. ”

“The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The room and whole facility was clean. The staff was helpful. In particular, Kathy did a FANTASTIC job with caring for the breakfast area. “Everyone here from the staff to the other guests were amazing. The only thing that happened that could be considered negative was the elevator broke down while we were on it and wouldn't open its doors. We called the front desk from a cell phone and they immediately jumped into action to ensure we were ok with our baby and that the elevator was back up and running in a timely manner. I will not fault them for the elevator as it was not their fault and we were only stuck on it for approximately 2……
