“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“There was a roach I saw once in the bathroom which wasn’t too nice but out of my 5 days I saw it once and never again the room was clean and good enough. Parking can be a pain all the spots get filled up very quickly. Most staff was nice and helpful the cleaning lady’s and lady’s that cook are all very nice. There was on lady at the front desk that was super rude and unfriendly blatantly but that seems to be the oddity not the norm.”

“Even if an establishment is old, that's not an excuse for an unpleasant smell throughout the building. And the bedding was truly awful. The mattress was like a thin piece of stuffing covered in cloth. The only bright spot was the clerk who (checked me in) and assisted me in checking out early. She was very helpful and didn't give me a difficult time when I explained I wasn't happy with the accommodations.”
