The unit we were in needed a bit of upkeep and m maintenance. The faucet dropped constantly and the toilet also had a leak in the tank to the bowl. This caused the tier to refill occasionally which squealed when the water ran.
The bed was comfy and room nice and cool. It was very clean.

Wish the complete breakfast was included with the stay, but all in all it’s always a great stay and most definitely affordable. We stay there at least once a month and will continue.

Overall not a bad one night stay, the property manager was very accommodating to our needs.
But the unit itself could use a little TLC.
Pros: Accommodating property manager
Comfortable bedding and sheets
Spacious parking
Towels and toiletries provided, as well as pan ware
for cooking.
Cons:
A smell throughout the unit (probably a given since it’s on older building)
Carpets need to be redone or deep cleaned.
Bathroom had a smell to it, along with temporary patch in the tub wall, maybe it needs to be replaced entirely.
Parts of the wall seem to be rotted towards baseboards.
A window was left open in a spare room prior to our arrival, didn’t notice until after we returned from shopping. All the windows were left unlocked.
It was a good one night stay, but all in all, this place could use a bit more renovating
