I will sum it briefly the shower knob was loose and was afraid of pulling to hard to break went to the front desk due to phone was missing buttons to call the front desk. Someone wa sent to my room and just stated pulling a little harder even though the whole entire assembly was about to come out the wall. It was said it's not supposed to be like that but just pull a little harder. No iron was in the room again went to the front desk and had to wait until they locate a iron from another room. I understand this side was the Hotel side vs the Resort side but that side should not be isolated. Both are under the same banner

This place used to be nice but now it’s a dump .. they don’t even clean the pool & expect you to swim in there with bottles and all different type of harmful stuff . No wash clothes just a towel giving that you have to keep until you leave . I do not recommend staying here , I stayed up my last night here waiting for my flight in the morning just because I couldn’t take it here nomore ! DIRTY

Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Luckily we were able to contact someone on site so they could set up a cot for us, but the place was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS so there were no services. The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. But eventually the airline told us they WEREN’T bringing our luggage. So we had to go to the airport to get our luggage, then find somewhere else on the spot. Wound up at a decrepit hotel where the power went out twice and everything smelled mouldy. Also everything was damp, so didn’t get a decent night’s sleep while we were there. At least it wasn’t CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS (but probably should have been).

I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have WiFi, so I must have WiFi”. I came back the next day and was told that IT was not in on the weekend and to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and was told, they would let IT know I needed assistance. That assistance never came. Air conditioning in my room was not controllable. The temperature never changed. Our toilet would not flush properly. Overall, it was the worst experience on any trip i have ever been on. There were a few nice people, like Jones, but most others could care less.
