Air was cold, room was clean, food was great, beer was cold. Only issue was room arrtn very sound proof from the out side noise. The hotel next door had a band that played till 11 pm. Me being a travel for work didn't appreciate it, but band was decent.

The property is well kept the beach is amazing but the staff needs more customer care and courtesy the only people who made our stay worthwhile were 3 bartenders Denaro, Jhaim and Ralph the night shows are not entertaining the entertainment staff is only courteous towards certain customers and the app doesn’t work and it doesn’t have any updated information about the activities we weren’t unable to visit any restaurant but the buffet which actually wasn’t as bad as other people had said unfortunately when food runs out they either don’t replace it or it takes like 20 minutes for the food to be replaced at the buffet you have to help yourself to everything one day we were putting our tables together since nobody helps you sitting or setting up and a server yelled at me for setting up the tables only because that day a supervisor was on site mind you the supervisor was only there to enjoy himself because he wasn’t paying attention to anything that was happening in any area we happened to encounter him he was always on his phone while the staff tried to pretend to be working lastly if you get pool towels keep them until the end as there is never clean towels available so if you are expecting to get clean ones you will end up with none this applies to the room cleaning as well which only happened 2 during my stay and out of 2 beds only 1 was made and I was left with 2 towels for 4 people the hotel is well for families but they should work on their staff customer service

This is a nice, quiet, clean, safe, friendly property with a decent sized pool, pretty large hot pool/jacuzzi, and a small to medium sized private beach attaches. It would not be considered luxurious, but it would be considered nice, and fine for an individual, couple, or family. The rooms/kitchenettes are huge which is a plus. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were good. Some leaves in the pool/a lot of seaweed on the beach were my only concerns and those are rather minor concerns.

I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have WiFi, so I must have WiFi”. I came back the next day and was told that IT was not in on the weekend and to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and was told, they would let IT know I needed assistance. That assistance never came. Air conditioning in my room was not controllable. The temperature never changed. Our toilet would not flush properly. Overall, it was the worst experience on any trip i have ever been on. There were a few nice people, like Jones, but most others could care less.
